I'm Dede Evans, and I'm a Co-Director at EVkids Summer Camp.
For many Boston youth, EVkids Camp is their first time being away from home, away from the city, and away from everything that feels safe and familiar. EVkids Camp invites students to challenge themselves in the beautiful Vermont mountains, and the impact is immeasurable.
Campers work and play together, experience the beauty of nature, participate in workshops, cook meals, learn how to work as a team playing volleyball, swim in Blueberry Lake, and visit a working farm and meet cute farm animals!
Most impactful of all, EVkids campers challenge themselves to climb some of the soaring peaks of the Green Mountains, and experience the reward of their hard work together when they enjoy the incredible view!
