Two years ago, you shared our vision as we embarked on an adventure to make EVkids Camp a place where future generations of youth can explore, grow, and challenge themselves. Rebuilding the Farmhouse was a huge undertaking that has had a great impact – last summer, 36 young people hiked mountains, swam in a lake, spiked volleyballs, cooked meals for one another, and much more.

After two summers in the new Farmhouse, EVkids is taking the final step in the Camp Rebuild adventure and rebuilding the Barn as well. The Barn houses the boys’ changing, shower and toilet facilities, a sleeping area for foul weather (when they cannot sleep in their usual tents), and a large gathering area for community-wide activities, and games when it rains.

Thanks to two generous supporters who have both spent summers at camp, more than half of the total Barn Rebuild goal has already been raised and we have broken ground. If we act now, the Barn project – the very last leg of the Camp Rebuild adventure – can be completed before campers and counselors arrive in June 2017.

Will you help us finish the project in time for Camp this summer?
